Swimming Sensation!

Three friends getting ready for nap time.

The kids were pretty cute. Ellen read the stories. Elle and Owen would ask Mary to point out different objects on each page, and she did. They all enjoyed this time.

Paul Taking Ellen's Dictation:

Today  Mary  came  to our house. We played for a while. Then we had to take a nap. Mary laid on one side of me. Owen laid on the other. We laid in Mom and Dad's bed. We read fivc books. Then it was time for us to nap. Mary's mom said that if someone laid with Mary, she would sleep. She fell asleep pretty fast. She was very tired.

After we knew she was asleep, we went downstairs and played on the Wii. In a while Mary woke up. We woke up and watched Owen play on the Wii.

Then we put on sunscreen, put on our bathing suits, and went to the Knights of Columbus.

We Skyped with Grandma O. It was her birthday. It was a big day. It was fun.

Paul Taking Owen's Dictation:

Today I went to vacation bible school. And before I went to VBS, I went to my friends' house. Their names were Grant and Catherine. In VBS, we got cupcakes for snack with red hots on the icing. And the red hots burned my mouth, so I had to drink water after I ate them. And then at the end of vacation bible school we got to dance to some songs.

And the whole school who goes to vacation bible school, they always call their place that they go Pandamania.
